Placing an order
1. Orders for goods offered in the online store are accepted via the website safegarant.eu
2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, excluding periods of technical breaks specified in the information message posted on the store's website.
3. Placing orders for assortments offered in the online store is possible after registration by filling in the registration form, placed on the Store's website (purchases by registration) or by providing the necessary personal and address data, enabling the order to be fulfilled (purchases without registration).
4. The online store customer makes a binding offer to purchase goods after completing the entire ordering procedure on the store's website, i.e. after accepting the "Store Regulations", by clicking the "Order and pay" button.
5. The purchased goods are sent to the delivery address indicated in the order form within 1-3 business days from the date of posting the due payment in the case of payment by bank transfer. Delivery time of the parcel by courier up to 7 business days counted from the date of sending the parcel by the online store.
6. In the event of stock shortages caused by temporary unavailability of the selected goods, the online store will contact the customer to arrange further execution of the order. In the event of the Ordering Party making an advance payment, the amount for the unfulfilled part of the order will be immediately returned to the Ordering Party to the bank account indicated by him.
7. The document confirming the purchase is an invoice sent electronically to the address indicated in the order. The invoice is mandatory due to the nature of the goods sold.
8. A limited number of goods are intended for promotional sales and clearance/pre-sales. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which orders for these goods are received, until stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.
9. Acceptance of the placed order by the online store will be confirmed by e-mail sent to the address provided in the order form. The sales agreement is concluded at the moment of confirmation of acceptance of the order by the online store to the e-mail address of the Ordering Party indicated in the form, and the online store is not responsible for incorrectly provided or non-existent contact details of the Ordering Party.
10. The Ordering Party may make any corrections to the placed order via e-mail office@safegarant.eu only until the order is transferred for fulfillment.
11. Orders are fulfilled in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the European Union. In the case of shipping goods outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, additional transport fees may be charged.
Prices
1. The presented product catalog and the prices (price lists) posted on the store's website are only an invitation to submit offers (conclude a contract) within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code, they are for informational purposes only.
2. All prices given in the online store are prices in Euro currency (EUR), customer can switch currency into USD or PLN. The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order.
3. The prices of the products do not include shipping costs.
4. Information on the total value of the order is already available in the basket, after selecting the delivery and payment option. The value of the order binding on the customer is the one at the stage of Confirming the order, by clicking the "Order and pay" button. Both amounts are the same unless the Ordering Party has made any changes to the products in the basket in the meantime.
Payment and shipping terms
1. Acceptable forms of payment for goods ordered in the online store include:

2. Payments made by the Ordering Party in the online store via electronic payment systems are carried out depending on the selected payment type. Acceptance of the order for execution and shipment of goods by the store can only take place after confirmation of the transaction authorization by the operator settling this type of payment.
3. The entity providing online payment services in the scope of payments by fast transfers is Autopay S.A. and PayPro S.A. (the payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court of Poznań, Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.)
4. If the amount due is not transferred to the account indicated during the payment for the order (applies to prepayment by electronic transfer via electronic payment systems, or payment to the online store account), the order will be automatically canceled after 7 business days from the date of placing the order.
5. The goods are delivered via courier companies to the delivery address indicated in the Order form.
6. The cost of delivery of the goods depends on the payment method and is visible in the purchase summary before the final confirmation.
7. Please check whether the external packaging has not been damaged during transport when accepting the shipment. If the external packaging of the shipment shows signs of damage, please do not accept the shipment and state "damage to the external packaging" as the reason and contact us as soon as possible to clarify the matter.
Withdrawal from the contract
1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The period for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.
3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us:

4. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.
5. You can complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically. If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of the information on withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
6. In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this agreement.
7. We will make the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees related to this refund.
8. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until we receive proof of their return, depending on which event occurs first.

immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
10. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
11. You are only liable for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
12. Please attach proof of purchase of the goods (a printout of the electronic invoice) to the return shipment, this will help us process your application faster.

Complaints
1. All goods are covered by the seller's 12-month liability for non-conformity of the goods with the contract under the terms of the Civil Code and other relevant acts.
2. The online store is obliged to sell and deliver the Goods to the Customer without physical and legal defects.
3. A physical defect consists in the non-conformity of the Goods with the sales contract. In particular, the Goods are non-conforming with the sales contract if:
- the goods do not have the properties that Goods of this type should have due to the purpose specified in the sales contract or resulting from the circumstances of their intended use;
- the goods do not have the properties that the online store assured;
- the goods were delivered to the customer in an incomplete state.
4. The sold Goods have a legal defect if they are the property of a third party or are encumbered with the rights of a third party, and also if the restriction on the use or disposal of the item results from a decision or ruling of the competent authority.
5. In the event of receiving defective goods or goods that are inconsistent with the order, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

7. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the goods by the online store.
8. Please attach proof of purchase of the goods (printout of the electronic invoice) to the returned goods.
9. The complaint is processed on the basis of the complaint form completed by the Ordering Party.
10. The product should be packed in a way that ensures no damage to the shipment during transport.
11. The basis for the complaint is not the difference in the color range between the actual appearance of the goods and the image displayed on the Ordering Party's monitor, which differences may result from different display settings or parameters of the Ordering Party's monitor.
12. The costs associated with returning the goods will be refunded after the complaint has been positively considered and confirmation of payment for the shipment of the package has been sent.
