Returns
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package. Shipping cost is covered by Buyer.
1. Select products to return
2. Return all or only selected products from the order list.
3. Pack and send the package (pack the return in the same or different packaging)
4. Provide shipment details by sending email on zwroty@safegarant.pl

At the claim form, be sure to provide your account number and fill in your name and surname legibly. This will speed up the refund. You can send a statement of withdrawal from the purchase agreement to the following e-mail address: zwroty@safegarant.pl The date of sending the e-mail with the sent statement or the date of sending the return package determines whether the 14-day return period is met. The returned goods must be complete and may not bear any signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back to you at your expense.
We will transfer the money for the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid for by immediate transfer, we will make the refund in the same way. In the case of a partial return of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
The costs of returning the goods to the Store are borne by the Buyer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order less the cost of return shipping.
Complaints
If the product you purchased is faulty, damaged or not in accordance with the order, we will be happy to help you solve the problem. Below is the complaint procedure:

1. Describe the problem you have encountered in detail and attach all relevant information and documents, such as order number, invoice. (photo, video if concern).
2. We will respond to your report as soon as possible but not later than 14 days, and provide further instructions regarding the complaint.
3. If the complaint is accepted, we will strive to resolve the problem in the way that is most beneficial to you. This may include exchanging the product for a new one, refunding the money or other form of compensation.
